Please be aware that during extreme weather conditions such as ; hot /cold weather can effect the condition that your product comes in. If you live in warmer regions or purchase during warmer seasons and received your body butters or other oil base products come melted please place them in a refrigerator for at least 15minutes to allow them to go back to original texture. Packing has insinlated cooling packs to TRY to stop this from happening but its not a guarantee. Keep this in mind when ordering those products there will be no returns/refunds for this particular reason.
